Repeal And Saving
(1) The following Rules are, hereby, repealed:
(a) Mineral (Amendment and Consolidation) Rules, 2018
(1961),
(b) Gas Oil (Contract) Rules, 2015 (1958),
(c) Gas (Protection) Rules, 2017 (1960).
(2) Acts done pursuant to Minerals (Amendment and Consolidation)
Rules, 2018 (1961), Gas Oil (Contract) Rules, 2015 (1958) Gas (Protection)
Rules, 2017 (1960) before the commencement of these Rules shall be
deemed to have been done pursuant to these Rules.
(a) Mineral (Amendment and Consolidation) Rules, 2018
(1961),
(b) Gas Oil (Contract) Rules, 2015 (1958),
(c) Gas (Protection) Rules, 2017 (1960).
(2) Acts done pursuant to Minerals (Amendment and Consolidation)
